Demo & Dump Services provides fully licensed asbestos removal and hazardous waste services across Dubbo and Western NSW. Dubbo 2830 and the broader Orana region have a very large stock of pre-1990 fibro homes, station buildings, and rural sheds, most of which contain asbestos in sheeting, roofing, eaves, and floor tiles. Our Class A and B licensed team handles everything from single-room asbestos removal to full-house hazmat clearances before demolition — and we travel to all remote rural properties across Western NSW.
Dubbo Regional Council requires compliance with the NSW Asbestos Policy for all demolition and renovation work involving asbestos-containing materials. Under NSW law, any removal over 10m² must be carried out by a licensed Class A or B contractor. We handle all SafeWork NSW notifications and compliance documentation.
